• You may cancel your project within 5 business days of signing the agreement and making the initial payment for a full refund.
• If you cancel your project after 5 business days, a prorated refund will be issued based on the work completed. We will calculate the cost of services rendered based on our hourly rate and deduct that amount from the original payment.

Project Scope Changes

If the project scope changes significantly after the initial agreement is signed, we will discuss the revised scope and associated costs with you. In this case, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the original project scope and any unused funds.

Service Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, we will work diligently to address your concerns and revise the project according to your feedback. In the rare case where we are unable to meet your expectations after a good faith effort to resolve the issue, we may offer a partial refund based on the specific circumstances.

Refunds Not Applicable

Refunds will not be granted for projects that are completed according to the agreed-upon scope or for services rendered if the project is paused or stalled due to a lack of cooperation or timely responses from your end.
